HUMAN RELATIONS AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (3 CR.)
Covers interpersonal relations in various structures. Examines the
dynamics of teamwork, motivation, handling change and conflict and how to
achieve positive results through others. Lecture 3 hours per week.
