TOUR GUIDING AND MANAGEMENT (3 CR.)
Focuses on the aspects and skills involved in tour guiding and tour
management. Covers the components of a tour, trends, and the approaches to
public speaking, cultural sensitivity, working with various age groups and
with the physically challenged. Lecture 3 hours per week.
