Focuses on the nursing care of individuals and/or families experiencing changes along the health/illness continuum that are common, well-defined, and have predictable outcomes. Includes math computational skills and basic computer instruction related to the delivery of nursing care. Provides supervised learning experiences in college nursing laboratory and cooperating agencies. Lecture 5 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Clinical 7 hours. Total 14 hours per week.
