MDL 230-231
PRINCIPLES AND TECHNIQUES OF HISTOLOGY I-II (3 CR.) (3 CR.)
Prerequisite for MDL 231 is MDL 230. Teaches the basic principles of
histological techniques. Emphasizes the theory behind the practical
aspects of producing good tissue sections. Covers special techniques in
staining, immunofluorescence, immunoperokidase, and electron microscopy.
Lecture 3 hours per week.
