LEGAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS (3 CR.)
Examines lawyer's role in the formation of business entitles, including
sole proprietorship, partnerships and corporations, and other business
vehicles. Studies fundamental principles of law applicable to each and the
preparation of the documents necessary for organization and operation.
Lecture 3 hours per week.
