HRT 117
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT (2 CR.)
Introduces tools and equipment used in horticulture. Emphasizes
power-operated equipment including lawn mowers, spreaders, sprayers, saws
and tractors. Stresses safety, maintenance, minor repair and appropriate
tool selection. Lecture 1 hour. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 3 hours per
week.
