HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING AND ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT (4 CR.)
Studies housekeeping and engineering departments of a hotel. Emphasizes
organization, staffing, scheduling, staff development, cleaning materials
and procedures, preventive maintenance, refurbishing, design, safety, and
computer applications. Lecture 4 hours per week.
