Prerequisite is FIR 140 or Fire Officer I certification. Presents an intermediate-level course to help individiuals further develop the skills needed to supervise and direct personnel, and manage resources at the company level; and is based on the requirements of the current NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications. Successful completion of all course requirements will lead to certification as a Fire Officer II. Lecture 3 hours per week.
