BASIC EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN/AMBULANCE (6 CR.)
Prepares student for certification as a Virginia and National Registry
EMT/A. Includes all aspects of pre-hospital basic life support as defined
by the Department of Transportation's National Curriculum for Basic
Emergency Medical Technicians/Ambulance. Lecture 4 hours. Laboratory 4
hours. Total 8 hours per week.
