Purpose: This certificate teaches the skills needed to develop web sites and will prepare the student for an entry-level job as a web developer.
Prerequisites: MTH 151, IST 117, IST 127, and IST 153 or equivalent knowledge.

1 Visual Basic may be replaced with IST 149 JAVA Programming I.
2 Elective may be IST 276 Visual Basic II, IST 249 JAVA II, IST 295 Oracle SQL, IST 295 SQL Server, IST 298 Web Database Programming, or another relevant advanced course approved by the student’s faculty advisor.
