Occupational objectives include A/V system design and installation technician, production and assembly technician, systems field technician, A/V system programmer, system installation technician, and telecommunications technician. Recommended Preparation: The student should possess a proficiency in high school English and a strong background in basic arithmetic operations.
Total credits for Audiovisual Communications Technology Career Studies Certificate = 28. All first-time students must take a one-credit Student Development (STD) course prior to enrolling in their 16th credit at NVCC.
