OPTOMETRIC CLINICAL PROCEDURES II

    Prerequisites are completion of the Optometric Assistant Certificate or equivalent and OPT 141. Discusses glaucoma     and its treatment, low vision and low vision aids, auto-refraction and an introduction to ophthalmic surgical procedures.     Includes tonometry, visual field testing, binocular vision and visual therapy. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total     5 hours per week.
