Prerequisites are EMT/B Certification, EMT 121, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, and 216. Corequisites are EMT 280 and EMT 282. Focuses on the development of advanced life support skills for assessing and managing trauma, medical and specialty patients. Provides scenario practice in assessment based management. Laboratory 4 hours per week.
