CONTRACT LAW

    Studies government contract law. Applies basic legal aspects and principles of law associated with contracting and the     administration of contracts. Emphasizes the dispute process, including administrative and judicial methods of resolution     of contract disputes. Also, focuses on modifications, award law, government property, defective pricing data, patent and     data law, and labor law. (For those institutions certified, satisfies the requirements of the mandatory DOD course,     Government Contract Law, when combined with DOD materials.) Lecture 3 hours per week.
