    Prerequisites are SCM 200 and SCM 230. Provides instruction for skill development in reading sign language and interpreting from sign-to-voice. Focuses on developing fluency, accuracy, and speed through extensive practice. Emphasizes correct English and voice intonation. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
