    Introduces the role of the registered nurse through concepts and skill development in the discipline of professional nursing. This course serves as a bridge course for licensed practical nurses and is based upon individualized articulation agreements, mobility exams, or other assessment criteria as they relate to local programs and service areas. Includes math computational skills and basic computer instruction related to the delivery of nursing care. Lecture 3 hours per week.
