NURSING PRINCIPLES AND CONCEPTS II

    Prerequisites are NUR 108, NUR 119, PSY 201, and MDL 108 or NAS 161. Teaches nursing care of individuals and/or families experiencing alterations in health. Continues development of nursing skills to meet multidimensional needs. Includes math computational skills and basic computer instruction related to the delivery of nursing care. Provides supervised learning experiences in college nursing laboratories and/or cooperating agencies. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Clinical 7 hours. Total 12 hours per week.
