Prerequisite is 3 hours credit in ARC or BLD, or division approval. Studies all sub-systems of a house to examine how each is designed to function. Explains how these systems interact as sub-systems of one integrated system if a house is to be durable, comfortable and safe to inhabit. Covers the climate and occupant lifestyle. Lecture 3 hours per week.
