    Prerequisite or corequisite is ETR 114. Teaches theory of active devices and circuits, such as diodes, power supplies, transistors (BJT's), amplifiers and their parameters, fets, and op amps. May include UJT's, oscillators, RF amplifiers, thermionic devices, and others. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
