Prerequisites are ACQ 121, 122 and 235. Provides general knowledge of the nature and fundamental concepts of the federal acquisition process for construction contracting. Specifically, it identifies the basic components, significant terms, and essential elements of a construction contract; and provides an understanding of the areas involved in quantifying and administering construction with emphasis on decision-making activities. Lecture 3 hours per week.
