Prerequisite is TRV 211. Teaches advanced applications of an airline computer reservation system including complex domestic and international itineraries with specialized faring, and passenger name record changes. Deals with constructing connections, creating client profile records, interpreting seat map displays and prereserved seat selection, rail and cruise bookings, and ticket reissuance procedures. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 5 hours per week.
