Procedure for requesting service:

Emergency situation (water leaks, loss of power, construction or building safety issues, urgent repair crises, etc.)

• Call Facilities on ext. 6-6599 or 6-6509 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (If you do not get an answer call the Campus Police 6-6666).
• After 3:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m., please contact Cecil Andrews at 6.6513 or 571.286.1388 (if unavailable contact the police at 6-6666).
• Prior to 7:00 a.m. and weekends contact the police at 6-6666.
• For an emergency do not send an email.

Non crisis work (installation of equipment, non-urgent repair, something to be built or fixed, water request etc.) These request will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

• Please submit all requests via email addressed to MECWorkOrders@nvcc.edu. Include specific information i.e.; location and nature of work requested.
• Some expenses are paid out of the MEC budget instead of by the Facilities budget. These will be discussed on a case by case basis with the Division Dean.

If you have a cleaning request or issue:

• Please submit all requests via email addressed to MECHousekeeping@nvcc.edu. Include specific information i.e.; location and nature of work requested.
