Procedure for requesting service:
Emergency situation (water leaks, loss of power, construction or building safety issues, urgent repair crises, etc.)
- Emergency circumstances require an immediate phone call, as well as a follow-up request sent through the Web TMA system for documentation purposes. In order to ensure that this program works to its’ best ability, it needs to be used to account for every request made.
- Call Facilities on ext. 6-6599 or 6-6509 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. If no one is available to answer, call the Campus Police at 6-6666.
- During after-hours, 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., contact Cecil Andrews at 6-6513 or 571.286.1388. If unavailable call the Campus Police at 6-6666.
- Prior to 7:00 a.m., as well as on the weekends call the Campus Police at 6-6666.
For All Non-Urgent Work (various installations and repairs, something to be built or fixed, water requests etc.) and Cleaning Requests - These requests will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
- Please submit all requests via the WEB TMA Work Request System.
- Some expenses are paid out of the MEC budget instead of by the Facilities budget. These will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the Division Dean.

- Click on the Shortcut from Portal Site

What to Do After a Request Is Submitted:
