Degree Programs

Please note that there is a new application process for the Allied Health Division associate degree programs. Pre-admission checklists have been replaced with a universal application. Interested applicants should download the Allied Health Application Packet, and complete the pre-admission requirements listed for the desired program. After all requirements are completed, follow the enclosed directions to submit your application and all required attachments to the Student Services Center at the Medical Education Campus within the program’s open application period. Eligible applications will be forwarded to the appropriate Allied Health department.

Certificate Programs

Each Allied Health certificate program has its own application process. After the pre-admission requirements are completed, fill out and submit the appropriate application for the certificate program you want to attend.
