History
The Annandale Campus offers a variety of courses that support the six required general education social science requirement. History is only one of several courses that help students meet this social science requirement. These courses are designed with several types of students in mind: those enrolling in an A.A. or A.A.S. degree program, those planning to transfer to four-year degree program and those seeking enrichment courses.
Faculty members are dedicated instructors who utilize a variety of instructional media, including field trips, weekend, hybrid (part on on-campus, part off-campus) and Extended Learning Institute (ELI) courses.
