Salesperson
Completion of REA 100 with a grade of “C” or better meets the education requirements for licensure as a Real Estate Salesperson and permits the student to sit for the real estate board exam.

NOTE: The student should contact area appraisers for available internships.

For questions about an appraisal licensure, contact the Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board.

The student should contact the appropriate board before embarking on a licensing program to make sure none of the requirements have changed.
