Information Technology
The Information Technology (Information Systems Technology) curriculum addresses computer systems, telecommunications and engineering principles. It is designed for persons who seek employment in the field of business computer information systems, for those who are presently in that field and desire to increase their knowledge and update their skills, and for those who must augment their abilities in other fields with knowledge and skills regarding computer information systems.
NOVA has formal articulation agreements for transfer to the B.S. in Management at National Louis University, the B.S. in Occupational and Technical Studies at Old Dominion University TELETECHNET, the B.S. in Computer Information Systems at Strayer University, and the B.S. in Business Education at Virginia Tech.
