Student Government Association
Get involved with the Student Government Association (SGA). The SGA is comprised of student leaders who represent the rights, welfare and interests (academic, cultural, social and physical) of the campus student body to the administration. The SGA is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Additional leadership positions are sometime created to manage events, the SGA website, the SGA campaign process, and amendments to the SGA constitution and by-laws. The SGA also seeks student senators to review issues and concerns of students, as well as review funding requests submitted by student clubs. In addition, the SGA seeks student representatives to serve as members on various campus-wide committees involving faculty and staff (bookstore, foodservice, parking, disciplinary, etc.).
The Student Government Offices are located inside the Student Lounge. The Student Government Offices are restricted for use by the Student Government Executive Officers.
