Provost's Welcome

Welcome to NOVA and the Alexandria Campus. We are a microcosm of the universe. Our students, faculty and staff represent many races, cultures, ethnicity, socio-economic backgroundsand political views. 

Nelson Mandela reminded us that "education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." At NOVA, there is something to whet every intellectual appetite, and we believe that our work changes lives and the world. We are not perfect, but we keep getting better and trying harder.
