Welcome to the Alexandria Campus. Located a mere seven miles south of Washington DC, we at the Alexandria Campus are proud to offer a variety of academic programs, continuing education classes, events and campus facilities to over 17,000 students each year.
The campus encompasses 51.4 acres which includes three buildings and the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center. But our progress continues with the construction of our newest academic building. You can follow the progress of this state-of-the-art facility here until its scheduled completion in June 2016.
In addition to the new construction, state-of-the-art science labs, a comprehensive student service center, and a 150-seat theater(all housed in the Bisdorf Building) there are many distinctive programs offered on the Alexandria campus. These include Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) offered through the Engineering Department, Motorcycle Training offered through Workforce Development, and English as a Second Language which serves more than 1,000 students. The Alexandria Campus also offers thirteen World Languages and facilitates an active Honors Program.
