Nova Will Get You There Making the decision to transfer to a four-year college or university is one that requires both a good knowledge of yourself and your goals, as well as a lot of careful planning.

The College Transfer Center is a service available to all registered Annandale Northern Virginia Community College students, and can assist you through the transfer exploration and application process.

The Transfer Center located in the Godwin (CG) building room 224 is designed to facilitate a smooth transition for students transferring from NOVA to a four-year college or university. The services, activities, and resources assist students in navigating through the transfer admission process, academic and major preparation requirements, transfer admission agreements, and college selection.

Transfer advising is also available with a counselor in the counseling center (CG 211) or by visiting with college representatives during scheduled visits in the Transfer Center.

Our resource library includes an assortment of college reference materials by Barrons, College Board, Petersons, Princeton Review, The College Blue Book, US News & World Reports, transfer guides, a collection college catalogs, and computerized college search databases, and publications on admissions, course articulation, financial aid, housing and academic programs.
