No Show/Late Cancel Policy

Students who no call/no show will not be able to use the Tutoring Center for 20 business days (4 weeks.)

Students must give at least 24 hours notice, when cancelling an appointment. The student must either inform the Tutoring Center supervisor, in person, or by telephone (leaving a phone message is acceptable.) Failure to give 24 hours notice, or being consistently tardy to appointments will result in disciplinary action, at the discretion of the Tutoring Center supervisor.
