No Show/Late Cancel Policy
- Students who no call/no show will not be able to use the Tutoring Center for 20 business days (4 weeks.)
- Students must give at least 24 hours notice, when cancelling an appointment. The student must either inform the Tutoring Center supervisor, in person, or by telephone (leaving a phone message is acceptable.) Failure to give 24 hours notice, or being consistently tardy to appointments will result in disciplinary action, at the discretion of the Tutoring Center supervisor.
