The IT Group focuses on the end user. We know the demands technology places on our end users (on top of their normal work load), so we strive to make the transition to technology as easy as possible. We do this by communicating in non-technical terms. It does us no good to fix something and have the user not understand what we did. We always try to remember that "just because you know something doesn't mean the other person does too."
We are committed to serving our campus employees with the highest level of service. We do our best to keep up with the latest technological trends and products. And each member of the IT Group pursues a course of professional development to update and increase his/her skill and knowledge level to better serve our end users.
