At Northern Virginia Community College, we use the Command Spanish® Language training methodology to accommodate the needs of specific professions. The program is designed to equip the non-Spanish-speaking professional with functional skills in Spanish. How Does Command Spanish® Language Training Work?

The Command Spanish® instructional system incorporates the following ten elements:

	Work-Specific Language		Control Questions
	Non-Grammar Based Materials		Zero-Stress Classrooms
	Phonetic Encoding		Maintenance Tapes
	Generic Spanish		Holistic Instructional Modes
	One-Way Communication		Qualified Instructors

This training is available for contract training. Open enrollment courses are offered on a limited basis.
