Seminar Room or Classroom: capacity 1-30
The CED offers classroom and/or conference
room use for training at the following rates:
- $16 per hour – Nonprofit rate
- $32 per hour –
Commercial rate
Equipment
The CED offers the equipment list below at the following
rates:
- Overhead projector and screen: $13 per day
- Computer projection
system: $57 per day
- VCR with Monitor:
$32 per day
- Additional and/or
special room setup: $32 per day, per setup
Networked Computer Labs: capacity 15
The CED offers five complete computer labs: Bev, C,
D, E, and Kay. Rates for use of these labs are:
- $468 per day – Nonprofit rate
- $936 per day –
Commercial rate
- Half day rates for
Labs are $234 and $468, respectively
- Instructor and training
costs not included
- Software already
available in the computer labs may be used at no additional charge
- If a client needs
to load his own software, there is an additional charge of $11 per seat
- All lab classes require
a CED lab technician; the cost for the technician is $26 per hour
Application Fee: $26 – nonrefundable
Cancellation Fee: Application fee plus 15% of total cost per day
