New! Certificate for Telephone Call Center Management

The Telephone Call Center Management Certificate Program, which is administered solely through the NVCC Annandale Campus, has been designed to prepare a disabled veteran to function successfully in a business center which relies on professionally trained call center operatives. This innovative non-credit program is specifically intended to accommodate qualified disabled veterans.  To confirm your eligibility for this program, please contact your Veteran’s Administration (VA) case manager.

Once a veteran is approved by his counselor, he/she must apply to the college. Click here to apply or visit https://apply.vccs.edu/app/app.htm.
