Kitchen Creations for Kids: Fun with Food  
   

Join us for a week of culinary adventure taught through international food selection, preparation and tasting.

 

Information
The Dean of NOVA’s Hospitality and Culinary program and an accompanying Chef will teach healthy eating, food handling, food safety, menu planning and cooking techniques for a variety of different foods. A couple of field trips to local stores will teach produce identification, food terminology and global food traditions. Aprons will be provided.
