5K Run and Health & Wellness Expo: Hustle2Heath

Date: Sunday, October 7, 2012

Time: Registration 7:00 a.m. | Race starts 8:00 a.m.
Health & Wellness Expo 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Location: NOVA Woodbridge Campus
15200 Neabsco Mills Road, Woodbridge, VA 22191

Race: The day will begin with a 5k run/walk from Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center parking lot, and finish on the NOVA Woodbridge campus.

Expo: The runners are then welcome to join their families and the community for a free health & wellness expo in the NOVA Woodbridge campus parking lot.

Stage: A 15x25 foot stage will be front and center of all the activity. The day will be filled with entertainment including local bands and a variety of fun fitness demonstrations everyone can join in on, from yoga to martial arts.
