The highly acclaimed Schlesinger Center houses a 1000 Seat Concert Hall, Art Gallery and Forum. It resides next to the Tyler Building that houses the the Visual & Performing Arts and Public Services Division. The music and arts programs regularly hold concerts and exhibits in the center.

The Alexandria Campus Band and NOVA Community Chorus perform several times each semester in the Concert Hall. Student Honors Recital are held in the lovely Forum. In addition, the NOVA Community chorus regularly performs with the Mt. Vernon Orchestra, and the Arlington and Alexandria Symphonies, all of whom hold their series in the Concert Hall.Other Concert Hall performances are given by the Kathy Harty Gray Dance Theatre, which is affiliated with the Physical Education Program.The Fine Arts, Photography, and Communication Design faculty hold exhibits in the Schlesinger Gallery.
