An exciting variety of Performing Ensembles are offered in the VPA&PS Division.

The Music Program houses the 80 member Alexandria Campus Band and the 80 member NOVA Community Chorus.The Music Program is also affiliated with the Washington Metropolitan Philharmonic where students can register for ensemble credit and gain entry by audition.The Physical Education Program is affiliated with the Kathy Harty Gray Dance Theatre.

Many of these concerts are given in the much acclaimed 1000 Seat Schlesinger Center that resides adjacent to the Tyler Building, the home of the VPA&PS Division.
