2. If you stop attending class and fail to go through official withdrawal procedures, you will receive an "F".

B. Those who have perfect attendance and participation will have their lowest scores eliminated when determining their average.

C. Make-ups - you may make up two (2) missed classes. You can do this either by bowling 2 extra games ($1.75/game) following our class session for one absence or by bowling 2 games outside of class and bringing in score sheets.

VI. This activity can be hard on the back and the knees. Please notify the instructor if you
have had any previous problems in these areas, and fill out a medical form. Discontinue the activity if you experience pain in these or other areas.

VII. We are using a public facility- please conduct yourselves accordingly.

VIII. As this is a classroom environment at the bowling alley, these will be no smoking or drinking
beer during class time. You may take a break outside or at the opposite end of the alley after
completing 2 games if you must smoke. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to
the tables behind your lane, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your turn to bowl.

XI. Explanation of the day’s activities will be given at the beginning of class each day. You should have your ball selected and games and shoes paid for before that time. Lanes will be turned on following the explanation.
