Course Objectives:

Class Piano I introduces students to the basic technique on the
piano,and to elementary theory ,which will help in the
development of that technique.
The course objective is to increase the appreciation for piano
and for music in general.

Other requirements:

Attendance at two student recitals,and one concert sponsored by
the NVCC,Alexandria Campus Music Department.
Students are responsible for all material covered in class. When
absent,they should obtain class notes from fellow students.
