Music
lessons are offered through Applied Music (private lessons) and
Class Piano or Class Voice.
Applied
Music
"Applied"
music is designed to offer private instruction in voice, keyboard
and a wide variety of instruments.
Lessons are held once a week and based on a fifteen-week
term.

Keyboard includes piano, harpsichord or organ

Strings includes guitar, violin, viola, cello or bass

Woodwinds includes the recorder

01 indicates half hour lessons

02 indicates hour lessons
After
registration, the student calls the appropriate advisor (see below)
to obtain an instructor assignment. The student then calls the instructor
to set up a mutually convenient lesson time.
In
addition to tuition, an additional instructional fee is paid to
the instructor once a student has registered. Payment arrangements are made with the
designated instructor. For

Class
Piano
This course
offers group instruction in piano. We have a piano lab containing 22 full
keyboard electronic pianos with head sets. Offerings range from beginning classes through advanced levels.
There are no additional fees required.
- Class
Piano I is recommended for the adult with no prior knowledge
in music, and who wishes to learn how to read music and play
the piano.
- Class
Piano also may fulfill the minor music requirement for music
degree students majoring in voice or other instruments.

Voice
This course offers group instruction in voice.
Vocal production, sight singing, and repertoire are included.
There are no additional fees required.
