Our most comprehensive offering, this course provides a group process in which students can assess their interests, skills and values and investigate the world of work. Throughout the 16-week semester, the class meets one evening per week for three hours. Psy 106 Syllabus

Extended Learning Institute (ELI)
STD 298 - PLACE Workshop (3 credit)(On Campus: Fall and Spring Semesters)
(Extended Learning Institute)
This three-credit course is designed to help adults earn credit for their life experiences and learning outside of the classroom. In PLACE, students prepare portfolios that will enable them to challenge individual courses and, at this time, earn up to 15 credits. Through PLACE and other programs designed to help students earn credit from life experiences, such as the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), students may reduce the time required to achieve their educational and career goals.
