To selflessly serve, lead and advocate for the Alexandria student body, while promoting fellowship, student involvement and leadership on campus. What SGA is: (about us) The Student Government Association (SGA) represents the rights, welfare and interests of the student body. Our mission is to be advocates for students, be their representatives, their backbone and their voices that need to be heard. We serve as a means of communication between the students and the faculty, administration and staff. We strive to enhance the student experience and quality of life on campus. We are responsible for students and for their issues, rights and welfare. The Alexandria Student Government Association selflessly serves the student body and leads with integrity and honor. The SGA provides students with an opportunity for leadership development and the promotion of their general welfare. It is the umbrella that stretches out over clubs and embraces them with support and protection. |

Fatma Rekik President: Executive Board member (Fall 2012-Spring 2013), SGA committees Chairman. Duties: Serve as the official representative of the student body and have the ultimate authority of and responsibility to the student body. Represent the voices of students to the faculty, staff and administration. |
Samuel Guyidde-Bisase Vice President: Executive Board member (Summer 2012-Spring 2013), Student Senate Chairman. Duties: Chair the Academic Senate and assist the President in administering the business of the Executive Board of the Student Government Association. Represent the voices of students to the faculty, staff and administration. |
Sarah Gwarek Secretary: Executive Board member (Summer 2012- Spring 2013). Duties: Manage major correspondence concerning the Student Government Association and represent the voices of students to the faculty, staff and administration. |
Ismoil Rakhmatulleav Executive Board member, Treasurer, Council of Representatives Chairman. (Summer 2012-Spring 2013) Duties: Serve the Student body, Develop the Annual Student Life Budget, Represent the voice of all club executive boards on campus to faculty/staff. |
