Equations
A radical equation
is an equation which contains one or more radicals. In order to
solve an equation involving only a radical, we first isolate the
radical to ons side of the equation and then raise each side of
the equation to the power of the index. And then you should always
remember to check for extraneous solutions.

When a radical
equation contains more than one radical, Isolating one radical at
a time and then square both sides to eliminate the isolated radical.
Repeat this process until all the radicals are eliminated.
