Montgomery County - across Cabin John to VA to 495, to right Exit onto I-395 North toward Washington. Continue below for I-395 exit info.

From I-395 North or South:
Take Seminary Road West, Exit 4. Turn right at the second light onto N. Beauregard St. Turn left at the second light onto West Campus Drive, the entrance to NVCC, Alexandria Campus - Schlesinger Center is on the right. Beauregard St. Parking Garage is on the left.

From Old Town Alexandria:
Go West on King Street (cross I-395) to N. Beauregard St. Turn left on N. Beauregard St., one long block to light. Turn right onto West Campus Drive, the entrance to NVCC, Alexandria Campus - Schlesinger Center is on the right. Beauregard St. Parking Garage is on the left.

From Arlington:
Take Glebe Road to Walter Reed Drive. Right turn south onto Walter Reed Drive and follow to intersection at Route 7/Leesburg Pike. Cross Route 7- street name changes to N. Beauregard Street. Follow N. Beauregard Street one long block to light. Turn right onto West Campus Drive, the entrance to NVCC, Alexandria Campus - Schlesinger Center is on the right. Beauregard St. Parking Garage is on the left.

From Falls Church:
Go east on Route 7/Leesburg Pike (toward Alexandria). Turn right onto N. Beauregard and turn right at the first stoplight onto West Campus Drive, the entrance to NVCC, Alexandria Campus - Schlesinger Center is on the right. Beauregard St. Parking Garage is on the left.

Parking at the Beauregard Street Garage:
There is a 4-level parking garage adjacent to the Schlesinger Center with two entrances - one from North Beauregard Street and one from West Braddock Road. The cost for event parking is $5.00/car. Some organizations presenting at the Schlesinger Center include parking in their ticket price. Please check with your presenting organization. Visitor parking, other than during events, is $1.00/hour. Parking meters are located at levels 1, 2 and 3 in the garage lobby. The meters accept quarters, one-dollar bills and five-dollar bills only. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to avoid lines at the meters.

Handicapped Parking spaces available at no charge for vehicles designated for handicapped persons at the parking garage and in the faculty lot adjacent to the Tyler Building.

Please note: The college actively patrols all of its parking facilities and parking rules are in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlawfully parked vehicles in the Beauregard Street garage or in the Faculty lots are subject to a fine of $45.00 to $65.00 per infraction. There is absolutely NO parking available on the road behind the Schlesinger Center or at the Loading Dock.
