How To Look Up Your Username/password and EMPLID

1. Go to www.nvcc.edu/novaconnect

2. Click on Log into NovaConnect button on the left side of the Navigation Bar on the Student NovaConnect Site.


3. If you are directed to a reminder page, read the information carefully and then click the Log Into NovaConnect button again.

4. When the new page appears, DO NOT fill in anything. Click on the Look Up Your Username link.


5. When the new page appears, now fill in your First Name, Last Name, Birthdate (MMDDYY), and social security number (SSN) or EMPLID.

6. Click Search.

7. A box will appear that displays your username and emplid. Write both of these down, but do not share these with others.

8. If you do not have an EMPLID you will need to complete the NVCC Application for Admission.


Reset Your Password

1 . If you do not know your password, click please log in anyway. When you come to the login page, click on look up your username, and set your password.



2 . The next page will ask you to fill in your First Name, Last Name, Birth date (MMDDYY), and social security number (SSN) again. Enter the information as directed and you will be able to reset your password.
