Welcome to the Motorcycle Rider Training Program 
Thank you for your interest in the Motorcycle
Rider Training Program offered by Northern Virginia Community College,
at the Alexandria Campus. This program, offered through the Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development is one of the department’s most popular! We have a variety of classes for all types of riders, whether you are just starting out, or looking to take your riding skills to the next level. On this site, you will find descriptions of our courses, registration info, and links to retailers/dealerships that will provide you with the materials that you will need for class. Register for Classes
Register for any of our Rider Courses online or in person at the Continuing Education and Workforce Development
Office, Bisdorf Bldg, Room 230. You will need an EmplID, and you can pay with either cash
or credit card (Amex, Visa or MasterCard).
Summmer class registration will begin May 4, 2009 at 8:30 am. Click here to register online.
Getting to the Campus
The campus is served by Metro bus routes 25A-R, 28A/B, and 28C (King Street Metro). Route and schedule information is available at the Metro web site. The campus is also served by the Alexandria Transit Authority Dash Bus route AT 6. Route and schedule information are available at the Dash Bus site.
