take a writing and speaking test to register for CE ESL classes. Call
703.845.6035 to make an appointment. Register for classes after you take the test.
Information
All new students must get a NOVA ID number and take a writing and an oral placement test.
To get your NOVA ID number, go to: http://www.nvcc.edu and click on "Apply Now".
You can take the ACLI Writing Placement Test in the Testing Center in the Bisdorf Building, Room 332.
You must arrive 3 hours prior to closing Monday- Friday to take the Accuplacer Test.

You must bring photo ID and NOVA ID # to take the test.
After you finish the ACLI Writing Placement Test, the Testing Center will give you info about the speaking test.
You can park in visitor (metered) parking during the test. You need to bring enough quarters for 2 hours.
